Bookings & Payment A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional Hours Sessions running beyond the booked duration are billed at €45.00 per additional hour, rounded up to the nearest hour. Travel Travel within Brussels is included. For events outside Brussels, additional fees may apply depending on distance and travel duration. Cancellations & Rescheduling -For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: full refund or free reschedule. For cancellations within 48 hours: payment is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. If you arrive late, it reduces the available session time, and the original end time will not be extended. Delivery Edited photos are online in JPEG format 5–8 days after the session, depending on package size, unless express delivery is ordered. Usage Rights Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images. The photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Liability The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, technical failure) that affect the session. In such cases, a reschedule or partial refund will be offered. Minors For sessions involving minors, a parent or guardian must be present or have provided written consent in advance. Travel • Travel within Brussels is included in all packages. • Travel outside Brussels may incur additional surcharges based on distance and time. These fees will be communicated before the session is confirmed. Session Conditions • Please arrive prepared and ready to shoot. • The photographer reserves the right to refuse any session that involves unsafe, inappropriate, or illegal conditions.
